MANAGING PROPERTY

We will assist you to manage your properties to maximise the rental return and to maintain them well. Once your investment property is purchased, we will guide you in respect to property maintenance, tenant selection and terms of the lease. 

We will provide property management in collaboration with Release Property Management. We will direct RPM in matters to do with your properties. As an WPA landlord you will receive free on-going property management guidance.

We are also able to launch, manage and promote your holiday rental property.

Since property advocacy is a relatively new profession, an example may serve to further clarify what we do.

'Mick' is an Australian teacher living with his young family in London. He owns investment properties in Geelong, Melbourne and Darwin. He intends to sell one or more of these properties to buy a family home in Melbourne in the next few years. Mick has asked us to help him manage his properties. He now has only to deal with us instead of the 4 agents that he had to deal with peviously. Mick receives a single monthly statement from RPM that includes all 4 properties. This makes Mick's investment properties easier to manage.

We have guided Mick on how much to spend on renovatiing the properties to maximise the rental return. We will eventually assist Mick with the selling of his investment properties and with the purchase of his new family home in Melbourne.

When there is an isssue with one of the investment properties, RPM first contacts us. We assess what is in Mick's best interests and then advise our recommendation. Mick appreciates the fact that he does not have to respond to the maintenance and tenant issues. He can get on with his life in London and spend his spare time with his young family instead of sorting out investment property issues back here in Australia.
