We will inform you on the local and national property market. We will undertake research on your behalf and we will inspect properties anywhere in Australia. We will organise sworn valuations, building inspections, pest inspections, and quotes from lending institutions or finance brokers.

Under the your instructions, we will liaise with your accountant, lawyer, investment advisor, and any other party whom you nominate.

We will provide assistance to you until all of the paperwork has been completed, and the keys to the property are in your hands.

The fee for assisting you with the purchase of a property is charged only if you buy a property. It is payable upon settlement of the property purchase.
