Williamstown Property Advocates (WPA) was established in 2007 to provide personal assistance and guidance to clients who wish to buy, to sell, and to manage property in Victoria, and throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are not a real estate agency. We are an independent property advocate consultancy service.

It is difficult to maintain an on-going business relationship with a real estate agent. Once he or she has sold your property - or sold you a property - the relationship will usually come to an end. A business relationship may be possible if your investment property is managed by a real estate agency. However, you will then be directed to communicate with the property manager: usually a junior with little knowledge and interest in property. The business focus of a real estate agency revolves soley around its next property listing, and not upon promoting your long term advancement.
